Early Bird Pediatric Therapy is Hiring a Part-Time - Front Desk Receptionist Near El Paso, TX
Seeking an organized and self-motivated individual in a fast-paced environment. The Front desk is responsible for:
-Scheduling patients for evaluations and reoccurring visits
-ABA Assistant
-Greeting patients and notifying therapists of visits
-Answering phone calls to the clinic and be able to provide the appropriate information
-Other duties as assigned such as data entry, light cleaning, and assisting staff as needed.
Experience using EMR systems, Excel, and overall general computer knowledge is preferred. At least 1 year experience in a medical setting is required.
Must be available between the hours of 10 AM to 7 PM. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Monday-Thursday 12:00 PM-5:00 PM (Eastside location)
Wednesday 1:00 PM-6:00 PM (Far east location)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
Ability to Relocate:
- El Paso, TX 79936: Relocate before starting work (Required)
